Weddings are our biggest passion! We are honored to be a part of such a special time in two people’s lives and inspired by the level of detail that goes into a memorable wedding. Its really important to myself and my staff to make both partners, in addition to their families, less stressed and able to comfortably let go of the reins come the month of the wedding, let alone the day of the wedding. I also want the process to be fun and creative!  We are known equally for our patience, experience and design. I can happily say, many of our wedding clients become friends!

We are all about helping you make your vision come true. Together we are going to explore all the possibilities available. The end result will be an exquisite, detailed, memorable wedding day that is truly unique to you both.

Each Wedding has its very own design. We will address the overall atmosphere, elements, textures, colors and of course your story. We will experiment with swatches, samples, collages, drawings, and rehearse until the look that is right for you clicks. Design is not only about colors and materials, it’s also about orchestration, timing, choice of entertainment, etc. Behind every extraordinary wedding, design & coordination are truly inseparable.

You are encouraged to address all of your questions, concerns and expectations. We strive to accommodate ourselves to your specific needs. We are a “one wedding at a time” company. We do not overbook! We know that if you had the opportunity to experience two versions of your special day, one with and one without our involvement, you would experience a huge difference in terms of your own internal experience, the level of detail, organization, the performance of the other vendors involved, and also in terms of the flow and décor.

Starting with the perfect venue, appropriate vendors and budget, we will work together from start to finish, ensuring that your special day is cohesive, personal, unique, alive and perfectly executed. With no stone left unturned, your guests will be talking about your special day long after the last dance. Read through all of the other services to get a further sense of our level of involvement. By your wedding day, we will be able to think, talk and walk as you but with our added expertise and without you having to be anywhere but with your family and friends.


We are so grateful to be involved in this fun and creative process. Starting with a lengthy conversation and a venue tour together, we will come up with a few ideas that suite the event’s flow and venue’s parameters, then we will get cracking on different ideas. Playing around with many options, always thinking big to small and small to big…How will this design effect the mood? How will it look and feel up close? How will it look and feel when guests first enter?

Working from the inside out, putting budget, floor-plan and logistics at the top of the list, just as important as aesthetic, we will create a stunning day that reflects you both. Whether your budget is $10,000 or $100,000 it is indeed a budget and we want to make the most of it!


All of your vendors have been set into place, you have a good idea of the look you are going for and the ambiance you want to create. Then we enter, weighing in on your choices, tweaking your design so that it looks as professional as possible, ironing out logistics and creating a detailed itinerary. This is a great option for those that cannot come on board for Full Planning or have started to experience stumbling blocks after having begun the planning process on their own. Not in all cases, but in many, we define partial planning as Month-of Coordination + Design Services.


Here you have put so much thought, time, money and emotions into planning your special day, why leave your wedding day up to chance? At some point, you will step back and let us take the lead. This way you can relax, recharge and enjoy your family and friends to the fullest! Truthfully, for a couple to let go and have as much fun as possible, a month of planner is necessary. Unlike a full-service wedding coordinator, a “Day-of” coordinator is for brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work.

Too often, brides rely on family and friends to help carry out plans on the day of their wedding. By asking a friend or family member to take on this stressful task, that person will not be able to enjoy the event as a guest, and will end up feeling like “event staff.”

In most cases, your “volunteers” have little experience in the role of event planner. They often end up feeling overwhelmed as they try to keep on top of everything that must be done to ensure that the day runs smoothly.

Step One: Face to Face Meeting

The first meeting is where we sit down and get to know you, your personality, style, design ideas, and details of your wedding plans thus far.

The process should be fun and we believe that complete and total confidence in who you choose as vendor for your special day is probably the most important decision you are going to have to make.


Step Two: Styling and Proposal

So, the meeting with us was great and you want to work with us. Now, it’s our turn to put together a proposal, style and concept sheets based on your individual needs, wishes, and resources. Our pricing includes everything we discussed in our meeting – with a range and options provided when the wish list doesn’t match the budget! This allows the flexibility for you, our client, to see where your style can still be maintained and your overall needs for decor still fulfilled.


Step Three: The Contract and Production

The plan we came up was brilliant. Now it’s time to bring the dream into focus with agreeing on what stays in the proposal and signing our contract. The contract is simple, we develop and tweak the concepts with you until its right for the services we provide – i.e. florals, fabric treatments, custom linens and furniture, basically anything that can be made or sourced (globally) and then it states that we deliver exactly what you signed for. After the contract is signed we continue bringing the dream into focus by having regular production meetings where we meet with our team and resources who add and provide the finishing touches to your perfect day!!

While it can be challenging at times this part of the process is filled with exciting decisions, conversations, eating food, visiting locations, meeting new personalities, meshing together families, and other fun stuff – like making more decisions!


Step Four: The Big Day.

It’s going to be fabulous, breathtaking for all!!! Your only responsibility is to relax, be present, be around the people you love and most importantly, enjoy it. We take care of all the pretty little details – we ensure the flowers are perfect, the fabric is flawless, the look is perfect – we make it beautiful and unforgettable for you!
